The Squark couplings G_SBi, G_STi are the ones of
Eqs.(21,25,29) of this paper, if MODEL = 0. Within the
MSSM they multiply the MSSM couplings, i.e.
G_SBi = G_STi = 1 defines the MSSM.

November 20 2009: - Link to LHAPDF implemented. Fortran compiler
gfortran added to makefile. Links to PDFLIB, MRST2001
and MSTW2008 removed (included in LHAPDF).
October 16 2009: - Option to choose between bottom pole mass and bottom
MSbar mass (including independent scale choice) added
**********************************************************
BOTTOM MASS: 0 = POLE MASS 1 = MSBAR MASS
============ SCALE = MU_1*M_HIGGS + MU_2 (FOR MSBAR MASS)
BOTMASS = 0
MU_1 = 0.D0
MU_2 = 10.D0
**********************************************************
Careful: Best choices are pole mass or MSbar bottom
mass at a scale of O(m_b) due to large logs if the
scale is of O(Higgs mass)! (see Fig.7a of NPB453 (1995) 17)
--> version 2.300
October 15 2009: - Link to MSTW2008 PDFs
- dsigma/p_T and d2sigma/dp_T/dy distributions added (LO):
**********************************************************
DISTRIBUTIONS: 0=TOT CXN 1=D2SIGMA/DP_T/DY 2=DSIGMA/DP_T
============= (ONLY FOR GG --> H)
DISTRIB = 0
P_T = 100.D0
Y = 0.D0
**********************************************************
--> version 2.200
Note that the central scale for the pt distributions is
defined to be the transverse mass by default!
